Host Live Streaming (Part-time)

Status : Part time/Freelance & Contract-Based

Placement : Zen Tableware Showroom, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta

Requirements:

• Vocational High School or College Student majoring Communication or relevan
• Proven experience in live streaming or hosting, preferably within the home goods or consumer products industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Deep passion for tableware ceramics or related lifestyle products.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, live environment and handle unexpected situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Stream Hosting:

1. Host live streaming sessions on marketplace platforms like shopee, tiktokshop,
2. Introduce products, discuss their design, materials, sustainability aspects, and manufacturing process.
3. Demonstrate product usage, highlighting key functionalities and benefits.

• Engagement and Interaction:

1. Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and inquiries about the products.
2. Foster a welcoming and interactive atmosphere to encourage audience participation and build rapport.

• Product Knowledge

1. Develop a deep understanding of our tableware ceramic products, including their history, design philosophy, and market positioning.
2. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

• Content Creation:

1. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute engaging live stream content.
2. Create scripts or outlines for live streaming sessions, ensuring key product features are effectively communicated.

• Sales Support:

1. Actively promote product sales during live streams through effective storytelling and demonstrations.
2. Drive viewers to make purchasing decisions through special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers.

• Feedback and Reporting:

1. Gather audience feedback and insights to improve future live streaming sessions.
2. Provide regular reports on viewership metrics, engagement levels, and sales generated during live streams.
