Program Management Specialist CSR

Insan Bumi Mandiri is hiring for Program Management Specialist CSR:

Responsibilities:

1. Program plan and Design: Create and improve the program implementation strategy to to ensure its effectiveness

and impact.

2. Stakeholder Management: Work together with the local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support the program.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Track the performance and progress of the program, ensuring they are on the path to success and

scalability.

4. Impact measurment: Utilize the SROI approach or other impact measurement tools to assess each program's impact.

5. Reporting: Create and deliver reports that highlight the results and impact of the program to both internal and external stakeholders.

6. Team Leadership: Lead local volunteer and field officer to ensure smooth execution

of the program, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in community development.

2. Based in Bandung and willing to travel arround Indonesia.

3. Proven track record in project management.

4. Understanding the basic knowledge of CSR, ESG, and SDGs,

5. Understanding Impact Measurement methods and tools using SROI, etc.

6. Outstanding project management, leadership, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
