Research Specialist

About Us:

We are a holiday rental company specialising in the Covent Garden area of London. As part of our mission to grow our portfolio of property lets, we are seeking a research specialist to join our team and help identify and investigate potential apartment owners in who could become our business partners.

Position Overview:

The Research Specialist will be responsible for gathering data and information on apartment owners in London who align with our business goals. This role requires strong research, analytical, and reporting skills to identify suitable partners for collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research and analyse the information at hand to identify the beneficial owners of property from limited information
2. Compile detailed lists and reports with findings of potential business partners and the best methods of outreach
3. Prepare comprehensive reports summarising findings ensuring accuracy and relevant
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and alignment on partnership strategies
5. Stay informed about market trends and opportunities related to our partnership goals
6. Assist with other research-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a research or analytical role
2. Strong research and data collection skills with the ability to analyse and interpret and present information
3. Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
5. Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and software
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
8. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Tourism, English Literature, Business, or a related field is preferred.
