RESPONSIBLE :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our e-commerce platform.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Optimize landing pages and ads to improve conversion rates and user experience, leveraging data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize reach.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Supervisor or similar role in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of landing page optimization and advertising strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Ads (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Snack Video, etc.), Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and their application to improve user journeys and conversion paths.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and consumer behaviour in online retail environments.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
