Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Tanamera Coffee Indonesia in Batam, Riau Islands. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing store policies, and maintaining retail loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skill.
- Ability to motivate and guide employees to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, including sales data and budget management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software.
- Prior experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
