JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for achieving sales target, market share, and profit target for all Areas and Outlets
- Review and analyse sales data from all Areas
- Coordinate, assign, and manage consolidated sales performance form Sales Control and Area Controllers
- Responsible for ensuring Area Controllers submit accurate Retail Sales and Stock Plan on time for consolidation into the system
- Responsible for monthly unit stock allocation from Head Office to Outlets
- Comply with SOPs and standards established by the Principal and the company
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering
- Experience in automotive industry with minimum 3 years of working as Area Sales Supervisor or related field.
- Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Have good comunication
- High Discipline
- Target Oriented
