Responsibility
- Responsible for preparing the costing sheet and Project Status Report (PSR) on a monthly basis for project meetings.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions, in full compliance with group accounting policies and all external reporting requirements.
- Engage with the project team regularly to stay informed about project progress.
- Compile all production reports, including the machine allocation report, wire report, and planning report.
- Perform accruals for revenue and costs in accordance with proper accounting practices.
- Assist in the preparation of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) – standard costs on a regular basis, requiring a thorough understanding of the production process.
- Regularly test standard costs against actual costs.
- Provide cost analysis to management to support informed decision-making.
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar in position.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership role.
- Experience in treasury is preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- High integrity
- Accurate, honest detail and well organized
- Fluent/understand organization related tools and process.
- Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
- Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
- Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
