Job Description:
- Identify Target clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients.
- Present the company's portfolio and expertise to offer high-quality custom interior and furniture solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, offers, and contracts tailored to clients, emphasizing the company's strengths in delivering custom interior solutions and high-quality furniture.
- Negotiate, close deals, and secure contracts for interior design projects, furniture production, and installation services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and gain referrals. Ensure client satisfaction from start to finish of the project.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns specifically targeting key industries such as hospitality, office spaces, retail spaces, and luxury residences.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing consulting team to create industry-relevant content, such as case studies, white papers, and blogs, showcasing successful interior design projects and custom furniture production.
- Position the company as a leader in the high-end interior contracting and furniture space by participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking groups.
- Enhance the company's online presence through strategic use of LinkedIn, website SEO, and targeted advertising on platforms frequented by architects, developers, and property managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends in the areas relevant to Plagma's activities.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and prospects to continuously refine the company's offerings and ensure they align with market needs.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position and field
- Experienced in handling complex projects
- Familiar with managing high-value client relationships
- Preferably has a strong understanding of interior design concepts, furniture manufacturing processes, and project management
- Strong network in the industry or similar business is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Owns a personal vehicle (SIM C/A)
