Job Description:

As the Senior Performance Marketing & CRM specialist, you will develop, implement, and optimize our performance marketing strategies and CRM programs. Your role will involve managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing customer engagement through targeted CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

CRM Management:

  • Design and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Developed and managed email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and automated workflows.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment of CRM efforts with overall business goals.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate and present regular reports on marketing and CRM performance, including metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, and engagement levels.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track performance, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  1. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  2. Expert experience in performance marketing and CRM, with a proven track record of success in driving results.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, CRM software [Moengage] ).
  4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
