Key Responsibilities:

  1. Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including motors (3 phase), control panels, switches, and wiring, to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.
  2. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose electrical problems and malfunctions in production equipment and systems, and develop and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.
  3. Electrical Installation and Upgrades: Plan and oversee the installation, modification, and upgrade of electrical systems and equipment including electric panels (3 phase) and au tonics and other automation components to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  4. Safety Compliance: Ensure that electrical systems and equipment meet safety standards and regulatory requirements and implement measures to mitigate electrical hazards and risks.
  5. Process Optimization: Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for optimizing electrical systems and processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Energy Management: Monitor Service energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy conservation and efficiency improvements in electrical systems and equipment.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and inventory, and prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and budget expenditures.
  8. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to production operators and maintenance staff on the proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
  9. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns, and coordinate with other teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for continuous improvement in electrical systems, processes, and practices, and implement corrective actions and best practices to enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years previous experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial setting, preferably in manufacturing or processing plants.
  3. Knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components, including motors, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
  4. Understanding of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
  5. Proficiency in analyzing electrical circuits.
  6. Familiarity with electrical design software, electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Has the ability to manage projects effectively.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Has a high sense of initiative and creativity.
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  12. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when needed.
  13. Being able to write and speak in English is a plus.
  14. Willing to be placed in Karanganyar Regency.
