Key Responsibilities:
- Uncover and develop new business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with our team to create effective market-entry strategies and impactful proposals.

- Lead negotiations and close deals that align with our company goals.

- Track and report on business development activities to senior management & Branch Manager
- Attend business events to connect, engage, and build connections and channels with potential clients
- Manage the consultation with the client related to their business plan

- Experience in managing event
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree (preferred in business or Banking or communication )
- Communication in English is a must (Preferred Chinese speaking)
- Love Sales, Serve oriented, Love Commercial Duty, Pleasant personality, Target oriented person
- Have minimum 2-3 years’ job experience in consulting, sales, commercial banking, commercial Hotelier, Event organizer, solid experience Marketing Role on East Java (Surabaya city)
- Professional working experience with public speaking, Presentation, Email marketing, create promotion program
- Professional approach to clients
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated to exceed targets and grow personally and professionally
