What you will be doing:

Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential partner vendors in different countries.
  • Gather information on market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes relevant to each target market.
  • Compile data and generate reports to aid in decision-making and vendor selection.
  • Prepare and update internal documentation related to vendor partnerships and market research findings.

Vendor Management:

  • Initiate first contact with identified e-payment vendors through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Provide information about our company and qualify their capacity for collaboration (pricing & technical capacities).
  • Negotiation Terms & Conditions with vendors to fit within Qwiik’s product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendor representatives.

Customer Communication:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls between all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure legal contract review / signing process to be “ready” before each customer project lunch.
  • Support customer during implementation phase, present flowchart of partnership channel(s) & ensure user adoption.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and summaries.

  • Experience in Fintech, Payment, ePayment solutions, with a focus on customer facing experience.
  • Experience in market research, vendor management, and data analysis.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 3~5 years experience in partnership management, market research, project management, business development.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to drive people and projects.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point).
