Requirements:

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum SMA / SMKMinimum SMA/SMK in hospitality/administrative major, or proven hospitality (front liner)/administrative experience for other majors.
  • Adaptive, good-vibes, and effective individual is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Tech savvy, proficiency of using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools such as Spreadsheet, Docs, and Excel is a plus point.
  • Familiarity with medical field and Traditional & Herbal Chinese Medicine is a plus point

Job Desc:

  • Welcome and serve walk-in clients who come for any inquiries i.e. appointment inquiries, service/product knowledge inquiries, direct them to the available practitioner at the shop accordingly.
  • Respond to phone calls, texts/chats, e-mail, or any other communication channel related to foreign/local clients appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments on internal system and communicate necessary updates to related practitioners.
  • Possess basic services and products knowledge of the company, share/promote company’s services and products to walk-in clients accordingly, attract walk-in clients to make purchases, resolve complaints.
  • Manage proof of transactions and daily entries, report directly to the Shop Manager and Head of Finance accurately.
  • Prepare prescribed herbs products ordered by each practitioner to certain clients.
  • Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies, scheduling equipment, and maintenance repairs, and ensure the tidiness and the cleanliness of the shop. Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made subsequently.
  • Support shop manager in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of daily shop operation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all practitioners, staffs, and clients information.
  • Assist in administrative ad hoc for clients and internal use.
  • Update day-to-day shop activity on the internal reception daily activity
