The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in fine dining. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations.
  • Menu Innovation: Design and implement seasonal and creative menus that reflect the latest culinary trends while catering to the diverse preferences of our guests. Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Food Operations Excellence: Manage kitchen budgets, control food and labor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, efficiency and effectiveness, and monitor HACCP and PRPs to ensure procedures are properly carried out.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar high-end culinary leadership role, preferably in a luxury 5 starts hotel or fine dining restaurant. Experience in abroad countries is preferred.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various culinary techniques and cuisines, with a keen eye for presentation and detail.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience.
