  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Operation Export-Import (Exim) Staff

Requirements :

  • Have 1-3 years experience Administration in Sales/Operation/Logistic.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree.
  • Have a good administration skills.
  • Have a good communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong integrity and humility.
  • Getting used to using netsuite program will be an advantage.

Responsibilities :

  • Request inquiry from vendors according to the needs and or requests of sales
  • Prepare, check and provide documents for import process until got exit permit from Customs and Excise.
  • Coordinate with vendor related to import and logistics activities.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Providing information on export import operations periodically to superiors so that all activities are well communicated
  • Provide reports on the use of import quotas to the superiors
  • Follow up orders internally or between divisions (Sales, Operation, Finance).

Work location : MSIG Tower, Sudirman, Jakarta.
