Job Description

  • Understand requirements for each event
  • Plan, arrange, and control budgets for company programs and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Book and coordinate venues, ensuring that all logistical aspects are covered.
  • Oversee the entire event schedule, handling all details from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s and company’s standards, with a focus on quality and detail.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a high level of passion and enthusiasm for creating memorable events, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Management, Communication, or a related major).
  • Strong experience in event management, event organizing, or a similar area, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to spot and address potential issues before they arise.
  • Effective planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Experience handling a high volume of work and prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Passionate about the event industry, with a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Willingness to be placed at Yogyakarta (WFO) and to travel as required for event execution.
