In 2012, the Company signed an agreement with Procter & Gamble to import, distribute, and sell Procter & Gamble products in the premium professional segment (the products distributed through hairstylists) under the brands Wella Professional, System Professional, and Clairol Professional. This action is expected to increase the company's overall performance in the future in the middle of tight business competition for cosmetic products in Indonesia. Akasha International believes that People, Systems, Technology, and Capital can craft our vision. As those four we call an operational excellent platform. Each platform attempts to achieve world-class capabilities led by committed and obsessed leaders supported by state-of-the-art yet practical technology and purposed-built processes. Akasha International is investing quite heavily relative to our size today and needs scalable core capability platforms to support future acquisition and growth opportunities.
