About the Company

Indorama Corporation stands as a prominent chemical company in Asia, with its roots dating back to 1975 when Indorama Synthetics was established in Indonesia by founder M.L. Lohia and his son, S.P. Lohia. Initially focused on cotton yarn spinning, the company expanded into polyester fibers production from petrochemical derivatives in 1991, and later into PET resins manufacturing.
